Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the buyer’s location.

Shipping to Canary Islands does not include customs and DUA procedures.

– Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal: Free Shipping

– Ceuta, Melilla y Canary Islands: 12 euros

– European Union: Free Shipping for orders superior than 600 Euros, 30 Euros for orders below that limit.

– U.S.A., Canada and Hong Kong: Free Shipping for orders superior to 600 Euros. 50 Euros for orders below that limit.

Shipping outside EU does not include customs and DUA procedures.

– Rest of the world: Free shipping for orders superior to 700 euros. 80 Euros for orders below that limit.

We use a courier to send our products.

Estimated delivery time:

– Spain: 2 to 3 days

– Europe and rest of the world: 5 business days

Orders are prepared at the time that payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

– Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 h CET.

Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

We look for the satisfaction of our customers, so if you’re not happy with the product you can send it back to us within 15 days after the delivery and we refund you the cost of the item.

Send us an email to the following address customer@lautemofficial.com , telling us the reasons you want to return it and we will guide you on what you have to do.

Items must be returned in its original state and may not be used, washed or damaged, with its original tag and if it possible with its original packaging.

The customer is in charge for the shipment of the duty. In case you receive a faulty/damaged item, Lautem will refund you also the shipment, once received and checked.
